Browsing our database of beautiful occult, metaphysical, wiccan and pagan items is very easy, thanks to the PHP and MYSQL magics of OakRaven. Choose your search category and click on the search button to see all items in a category. Or you can put a search term in the search box to find specific items. Try different spellings as well, for instance "faery" and "fairy" or "griffon" and "griffin." Use one search term at a time. For instance a search with "faery fairy" will bring up no entries, while a search for those items idividually, will bring up several options. You can choose to view the items that are presently in stock, or you can view all the items, including out of stock items. To place an order, merely choose an item from the database and click on the "buy me" link or the "add to cart" button in the "details" page. Our shopping cart will figure out all your shipping costs. We presently accept Visa and Mastercard via our secure server, as well as Paypal, checks and money orders. All prices are in U.S. Currency. We highly recommend using Credit Card or Paypal because this will ensure you the fastest service, and because orders are filled on a first-come basis, it will also prevent the item from going out of stock while your check or money order arrives. Please note that we allow 10 days for checks to clear before shipping. We do accept International orders. However due to several instances of dealing with stolen credit cards, we ask that International customers use Paypal, check or money order for their orders. We DO accept credit cards from Canada and the UK, but from other countries only on a case by case basis. My apologies for this, however we are a small company, and must do what we can to protect ourselves. We normally ship via USPO First Class with Delivery Confirmation and insurance included. Priority and Express mail are also available. As a small business, we try to ship as often as possible. We ship approximately 2 twice per week, so it generally takes about 2-3 business days to get your order into the mail, though it can take longer for some beaded items which have to be made for you. The exact timing depends on when you place the order. Please note that I do take weekends off. Overseas shipping is via USPO Air Mail. We use only Sterling Silver for our jewelry items. Our beads are gemstones.

page to see more information about individual items. Most of the Beaded Jewelry on our site are one-off items. Some of them can be recreated. Some, because of discontinued charms or beads, cannot. These items are sold on a first-come basis, so there's no promise it will be available when you return to our site, and if you like it, it's better to order sooner rather than later. With over 1700 items in our database, we cannot keep one of everything in stock for retail. If an item is not in stock, it means one of two things: Either it's an item we carry, but we are presently out, or its an item that we don't stock for retail, but only carry for our wholesale customers. Beaded items that are out of stock can often be recreated, but only when someone inquires. With out of stock charms, you can email me and ask me to backorder the item for you. I'll put it in "virtual stock" so that you can order it. If you want a backorder, I ask that you please do me the courtesy of returning to purchase the item within 48 hours after I inform you that it's available so that someone else doesn't think it's in stock and order it. Depending on my supplier's inventory, backorders can take as little as 2 weeks to receive, or as much as 4-6 weeks. There's no way of knowing which it'll be. If we have them in stock, we can sometimes make an item with a different set of beads, or with a different charm. We can also shorten or lengthen chains on most of our necklaces. Additional charges may apply. What we can't do is make the charms in a different size as the molding process for this is extremely expensive and detail gets lost in successive molds. If you want a completely custom item made in sterling, that's something that Lionrhod herself can't do, however our artist at our sister site, SeriousSilver.com may be able to do that for you. You can read about custom designs here. We're positive you'll love your item, however should you need to return something, retail returns are accepted within 30 days of your receiving your item. Returns are not accepted on items damaged by the customer. Shipping is not refundable. We offer previews on eBooks, and refunds are not available on them or on paperback books..
